Two sizes of booth space are available:

• • Regular is 10 x 10 – $200
  • Large is 10 x 20 – $300

Our primary show begins on Monday, November 2 and ends on Thursday, November 6. You may setup the afternoon of Sunday, November 1. All vendors must vacate conference center by 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 7.

All vendor booths will be set up in Conference Center A.

We cannot guarantee vendor exclusivity for your product or service.

Vendors are responsible for securing their own hotel or RV reservations. Vendors may utilize the group rate at the host hotel.

Vendors must read and agree to Terms and Conditions to purchase a space.

The Hotel will provide one 8′ draped table per 10 x 10 space. Please indicate if you will not need this table(s). Deadline to purchase is August 31, 2026. Questions about vending at the NBC National in general may be directed to the 2026 Vendor Chair, Jason Ervin.
