We will have a limited number (30) of RV spaces available at the show site. They are in the paved parking lot at the hotel.  

Spaces are available from Thursday, October 29 – Friday, November 6, 2026. 

 $45 per night – Four Night Minimum – Dry Camping – No Hookups

Location: Marriott MeadowView Conference Resort & Convention Center 

The spaces have no hook-ups – which means no electrical, no water. and no sewer hookups. There will be one hose to refill water tanks that will be shared by all.

Personal generators will be allowed between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Please keep portable generators as far away from other RVs as possible.

We will arrange for a sewer disposal service (honey wagon) to service the site – this will be at the expense of each RV site renter.

Limited shower facilities will be available for RVers outside the fitness area near the golf pro shop. (One shower in each changing room.)

Exercise pens will be allowed in your designated space. If there is grass next to you, please keep your neighbors in mind when setting up your pens.

You are responsible for maintaining clean conditions in your space; feces are to be removed and disposed of immediately.

One RV and one tow vehicle are allowed per parking spot. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Any RV parked outside their allotted spot will be required to move.

All parking is at your own risk. The National Beagle Club assumes no responsibility for fire, theft and/or damage to any vehicle or its cargo.

The parking lot is adjacent to the hotel. Golf cart rentals will be available.

There are RV rentals available in the area. YOU are responsible for arranging. NBC accepts no responsibility or liability for these rentals.

NO REFUNDS AFTER Sept 15, 2026.

Notification of assigned parking spot will be sent by October 15, 2026.
